We Are Moving Forward!

Many of us are feeling the weight of a difficult loss. Many of us poured so much heart and effort into this campaign, believing in the difference we could make. It’s natural to grieve however that looks for you. While this election outcome is hard to accept, we did make a difference.

Even in this moment, we’re reminded of the incredible community we’ve built. Through every phone call, every late night, and every doorstep conversation, we stood by each other, fighting for what we believe in. And while the outcome isn’t what we hoped, the bonds we’ve formed are powerful, and the work we’ve done together has lasting impact.

The community we’ve built in the Area 9 office is here and will stay here. We will continue to open to gather, support one another and remind ourselves that we are not alone in this. We will continue to harness the power of this community to support and fight for the democratic values we share.

Together, we will keep moving forward, stronger and more united than ever. Thank you for your courage, dedication, and the hope you continue to bring to our shared future.

We are the elected officials, committee members, and volunteers working to promote Democratic values across Cheltenham, Jenkintown and Springfield Townships and beyond.

We’re fighting to protect democracy, champion worker’s rights, and create a better future for all members of all generations - regardless of their gender, race, religion, or economic status. We support Democratic candidates to represent these core values at all levels of government. Our office is a gathering place where you can:

If you want to volunteer or keep in touch with the Area 9 office (even if you aren’t from Area 9) fill out the information to receive our periodic email/newsletter.
